Membership dues help MCC run the operations of the institution that include all the programming and services we provide. Dues are considered contributions/donations are are full tax-deductible.
IMPORTANT - It is critical that each person older than 16 years who wishes to vote at MCC complete this form individually. Each unique email and form will be used to generate ballots for voting.
If you do not wish all those over 16 years to vote and simply want to support MCC and get some benefits, like advanced registration - one form is sufficient. However, please get their input or send them this link. At the end of this form, you will be given the choice to add an additional family member.
How to select the amount?
- Calculate your annual individual income.
- If you would like to contribute more than the suggested amount, but you don't see an option, you can enter your own unique amount under "other amount".
